It was a great time painting my favorite memory place from when l was a child........Manzanita Lake in Lassen Volcanic National Park in California.

Disappointedly the canvas was very wrinkled where the paints had been shoved into the box after the canvas was put in, rather than them being rolled in the canvas as usual. This will detract from the overall effect when it is finished.

Have always found the quality excellent. I am no painter but have such a sense of satisfaction when a picture is completed. I enjoy a scenic subject and have submitted pictures from Norway and Wales. I would have preferred them to be reproduced in landscape.
Recently I have found the paint to be a little thick and dry and difficult to spread. The brushes seem to be less pliable also.
When I send for a kit I wait with eager anticipation. They fill my retirement hours very nicely, thank you.

First time in my life to enjoy painting. All other attempts I have made in the past ended in a very poor result. But with "paint by numbers" one can have the right color value in the right space on canvass, avoiding the mess from making colors from tubes. My photo was correctly analyzed by computer. Additionally canvas, brushes and paints are best value for their price.

I was given my first as a gift. I was somewhat dumbfounded as I had shown no interest in art.
I finally settled down to it and was mesmerised from the very start. I now have a family portrait which has been admired by many, who have been surprised by my achievement. My own sense of achievement surpasses anything I would have expected.
I have subsequently bought 4 more either as gifts or for myself. My second is set up ready to begin. This is the hardest part for me. Putting that first mark on the paper.

I painted this secretly for my husbands birthday. Not only did he love it, as this is one of his favourite views on the South Downs in Sussex (England) but I loved painting it. Kit was brilliant, more than enough paints to complete and it really came to life as I painted it. Very glad I bought the framing kit as it went straight up on the wall. Will definitely be ordering again and my 25 year old son has already requested his favourite view for his birthday.

I have loved doing it. It was a wonderful activity to keep me calm as I looked after my disabled son. He has had to be shielded during the pandemic. I became quite addicted to spending time each day adding paint and thinking quiet thoughts or singing along to my favourite music as I painted.
I am so pleased with the finished result. A snapshot of our beautiful garden one snowy day in winter.

With hindsight, I would choose a less complicated picture, mine was quite intricate and at one point I was ready to give up. However, persevered, and pleased with the result. The paint brushes, I feel, could be of a better quality too but I've still managed to accomplish an end result. Would like to try again.

My first experience with “color and calm” has been great!
I’ve found the color/number map very well done: following it requires a certain concentration that allows you to forget about anything else but the painting and that’s extremely positive!
Moreover it’s incredibly relaxing and during the last two weeks I’ve spent all my free time working on my painting.
Now it’s over and I’m very satisfied of the result!

I very much enjoyed doing this paint by number of a favorite beach picture I took while on vacation in Hawaii. It is remarkable how much the painting looks like the photo. I ordered 2 the first time around and am going to order more. It is a nice relaxing thing to do in the evening when winding down from the busy day. I am so glad I found this site. Ordering and shipping process was great. Paint pots were generous, I had plenty of paint left over. The printing of the numbers of the canvas was clear for 80% of the canvas but a little blurry in one section.
Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable thing to do during lockdown

I submitted a photo I took from the 2019 Cherry Blossom Festival in 2019. This was a trip I had wanted to go on for years, and we were lucky enough to be in town at peak bloom. I took this picture and it perfectly captured the memory of our trip. The painting arrived within the promised timeline, I had more than enough paint in the kit to complete the painting, it was easy and relaxing to complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
